Running with scissors review.

Over all I related to Augusten a lot because of what he's gone through. My parents divorced when I was little just like Augusten. I also had an older sibling that moved out of the house when I was just getting into the end of my junior high school. Even though his brother moved out much earlier I didn't know my sister to well. I also have been to a house like where Augusten went to hang out. The house was messy and very dirty and if they just dropped something it stayed there. The house was never clean and it was hairy due to a pet dog. My mom is not crazy and I do live with her so i really can't image having to live in that situation, but it's fun to read about. I feel he is a natural storyteller and I love he does his stories according to a time line but they are just random stories he remembers at that time. I would recommend this book. His other ones are also really good and they are short. It's really easy to relate as well since he's been through so much.
