Journal: Day in the park.

I decided to bike to the park with my sisters Samantha, and Anne. We were meeting our friend Mike at the park. Anne hopped on her blue bike Sam on her pink bike, and I on my green bike followed. It was a nice warm sunny day in late spring with a nice breeze, and the park wasn't to far. When we got to the park Mike told us we were going to the bike trail. He said no one knew about the trail there because him and his friend had built it. However when we got to the trail it was deep in the woods and the leafs shaded us from the sun. It was more breezy back by the trail and when the wind blew you could smell the mud and leafs. Mike told my sister Sam to ride down the biggest, steepest jump of them all. Sam agreed to but when we got to the top you could see she was nervous. She still got on her pink bike and sped down the hill. She hit the end of it and she flew over the jump. She landed on her stomach and her bike landed next to her. When she finally got up she was bleeding from her knees and her face was red. Anne helped her walk to a big wooden swing where the sat and Anne comforted Sam. Mike and I stayed back to fix her handlebars that bent after landing. We caught up to them and Sam said nothing and only crying a little. After letting the sun beat down on her knees Sam got up and said, "I want to go home." So we walked home and our sunny day in the park ended
